RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from Spicer Orchards are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Spicer Orchards and its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Spicer Orchards does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Spicer Orchards itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
Spicer's ship only to the continental United States. We do the best we can to offer competitive shipping rates. There are many challenges that come with shipping, especially with perishable items. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on lost or damaged packages. Due to the perishable nature of cider and donuts, we only ship perishables on Mondays. All notices from Spicer Orchards to You may be posted on our Web site and will be deemed delivered within thirty (30) days after posting. Notices from You to Spicer Orchards shall be made either by regular mail, sent to the address we provide on our Web site, or first class mail to our address at:
Delivery shall be deemed to have been made by You to Spicer Orchards five (5) days after the date sent.
