• There are shelters and a fire pit for warmth and wind protection
• The Gingerbread Barn has a heated room
• Santa’s Sleigh Cabin is not heated (Santa likes it brisk—it keeps the reindeer happy.)

🚂 Train & Timing Expectations
• The train/wagon departs promptly at scheduled times
• We do our best to announce departures, but parents are the real timekeepers here

• It helps Santa with: Names and ages Elf on the Shelf names Helpful details to keep the magic alive
• Santa may or may not reference Elf Mail, depending on the moment (Magic works in mysterious ways.)
