Half Gallon White Popcorn

White pops a lot smaller and tends to be more tender. The “hull” or flinty starch that encases the kernel isn’t as thick with white popcorn so it tends to break up easier and is spread out over the popped kernel better. It is considered a delicacy as it is harder to grow.
